World of Homes, Inc., has announced that they have moved both their Orlando and Kissimmee locations to better serve their growing client base. The new offices are a short distance from the former locations to ensure convenience for the over 10,000 homeowners served by the community association management and real estate company. The new Orlando location, 224 Annie Street, Orlando, Florida 32806, just minutes from downtown, has a historical look and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, while the new Kissimmee location, 801 N. Main Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34744, is more modern and sits on the main street in downtown Kissimmee.
“We were looking for two locations that would not only be more functional for our employees and customers, but that would also represent the quality of service we provide.” said Jose Ramon Riestra, Owner and President of World of Homes, Inc. “We’re excited to have two locations that not only do that, but offer very distinctive and different design elements. It has been an exciting transition. We are looking forward to a very productive New Year in our new locations.”
Both offices are now fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and smartly configured floor plans to encourage collaboration while leaving room for expected growth. The company plans on expanding their real estate division and increasing their use of innovative technology in the coming year.
“We have chosen and designed these new offices with growth in mind,” Riestra added.
